Prezly offers a free tier with basic features including product saving, partner profiles, and a limited number of AI suggestions per month. Premium unlocks unlimited AI suggestions, gift boxes, advent calendars, and more.

Our AI analyzes your partner's profile — their interests, preferences, and past gift history — to generate personalized gift suggestions. The more you use the app, the better the suggestions become.

Share a Hint lets you send a special link to your partner so they can secretly tell you what they'd love as a gift. The hint goes directly into your app without revealing what's in your archive.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or modify your plan. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

You can delete your account from the app under Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data from our systems. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through your app store.

Yes. Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in Zurich, Switzerland, encrypted at rest with AES-256. All data in transit is protected via TLS. We never share your data with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
